Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AnyFile. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use AnyFile for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The service
AnyFile lets customers upload files, create share links and file-request pages, generate supported previews, and view activity such as views and downloads. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AnyFile the limited rights needed to host, process, preview, transmit, and display content only to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to use and share your content.
Public links
Anyone with an active public link may access the associated share or request page. Do not use public links as a replacement for access controls. You are responsible for managing and disabling links when appropriate.
Plans and limits
Plan limits shown in the product and pricing pages are part of your subscription. Limits may include file size, storage, active links, file-request pages, or other service resources.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal.
Backups and availability
We use reasonable measures to protect the service, but you remain responsible for keeping copies of important content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not use AnyFile for unlawful activities, malware distribution, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, or content you do not have the right to process.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
